The most common problems and their fixes.
I only see three tools
That is a free account. Just upgraded to Pro? Connect again.
I see sixteen tools
You granted read access only. Revoke the connection on AI connections and connect again with saving allowed.
Struq does not appear
Open a new window: most AI tools read connections only at startup. In Cursor, approve the connection afterwards under Settings, then MCP.
I have to sign in again
On the first connection that is expected. Later, it means your sign-in expired or was revoked. Connect again.
I use Claude on a free plan
Custom connectors in the Claude app need a paid plan. Use Struq through Claude Code instead.
A tool returns an error
Try again after a minute. If it keeps failing, email [email protected] with the tool name and the time.
